6. Retention of title
The goods shall remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport damage
If goods are supplied with visible signs of transport damage, please notify the shipper and us as soon as possible. Failure to file a complaint or to contact us does not have any influence on your legal warranty claim. This will, however, help us to validate our own claims toward the courier and/or transport insurance.
8. Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights shall apply. Information on additional guarantees and more detailed conditions can be found with the product and on certain pages in our online shop.
9. Liability
We are without limitation liable for any damages caused by us, our legal representatives or agents

- in the case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty
- in the case of guarantee promises, where agreed, or
- in the case the scope of application of the product liability act is introduced.
In the case of a violation of key contractual obligations, whose fulfilment enables the proper implementation of the contract and the observance of which the contractual partners regularly rely upon (cardinal obligation) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or agents, this liability is restricted to the sum of the predictable damage which can be typically calculated. All other claims for damages shall be excluded.
